Tom Robinson was accused for the rape of Mayella Violet Ewell, the female child of Robert Ewell, on November 21, 1934. Thomas Robinson (a coloured man), age 25, is married with one-third children, and this was non Robinsons first time in trouble with the law, he had gotten in a minor fight before. Thomas Robinson was defended by lawyer Atticus Finch, who full-heartedly defended the accused with strong read, but, in the end, the demonstration was not enough to prove Thomas Robinson innocent.
