It is telling because these are the two characteristics emphasized end-to-end each of my impartership classes. Reflection deals with a leaders might to internalize learning. Communication incorporates a leaders ability to founder relationships and influence them efficaciously. I trustyly believe both characteristics are the keys to effective leadership.
